Manifesto: After the Severance from Nature – A Call for True Sustainability

Manifesto: After the Severance from Nature – A Call for True Sustainability
We, the people...
Once stood barefoot on the earth,
Looked up to the skies,
Measured time through the rhythm of our senses.
Today, we’re disconnected from the soil,
Disconnected from time,
Disconnected from one another.
The system sold us comfort,
And we gave away nature in return.
Now, we stand on the edge of that rupture.
This is not a plea to return to primitive life.
It is not a glorification of the past.
It is a call to reprogram our consciousness
—using modern capabilities—
To align with a deeper truth.
True sustainability is not merely about “living with less.”
It’s about knowing when to stop,
And understanding what is truly enough.
This manifesto declares:
1. Sustainability is not a marketing trend. It’s a way of being.
It doesn’t start with reusable bags—
It begins with intention and perspective.
2. Being “local” or “organic” is not enough.
If our way of exploiting nature doesn’t change,
Even local practices can be harmful.
3. When profit overshadows provision,
production strays from nature.
We must question not just how we produce—
but why we produce.
4. A “good life” isn’t about owning more—
It’s about living with more awareness.
We refuse to let comfort, luxury, and speed
pull us away from health, nature, and ourselves.
5. The soil has rights.
So do future generations.
We’re not here to maximize profit—
We’re here to multiply life.
6. We do not reject technology.
We advocate for its mindful, measured, and nature-aligned use.
Eco-conscious innovation is possible.
The direction of development is ours to decide.
7. This is a call—
To balance.
To simplicity.
To truth.
True sustainability means rebuilding the system
in harmony with nature.
8. The Dohrnova Turrina Association for Sustainable Living
Is founded on these principles.
It is the first step of a community
that values life over commerce.
We invite founders who walk with this awareness.
We’re not just creating projects—
We are charting an ethical footprint.
Because we believe:
The Earth is not a prize to be won,
But a trust to be protected.
And to protect this trust—
We will no longer remain silent.
